• Requests you send to our AI advisor, as well as messages you send us
• For newsletter sign-up: email address

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to process orders and fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (point c), on the basis of legitimate interests in secure and user-friendly operation (point f), and — for example for newsletters and marketing cookies — on the basis of your consent (point a), which you may withdraw at any time with future effect.

4. Recipients / processors

To provide our services, we use carefully selected service providers:

• Hosting: world4you Internet Services GmbH (Austria/EU)
• Payment processing: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
• Shipping: contracted shipping and logistics providers
• AI advisor: your requests are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (USA) to generate the response. Please do not enter any sensitive personal data there.
• Marketing / analytics (only with your consent): Pinterest, TikTok — for reach and conversion measurement.
• Automation: Make (internal processes).

Data is only shared to the extent necessary for contract processing or required by law. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Transfer to third countries

Some services (e.g. Anthropic, Pinterest, TikTok) may process data in the USA. Transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) and, in the marketing area, on your consent.

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are always active; we only use statistics and marketing cookies with your consent. Details can be found in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact info@jupini.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU with the data protection authority responsible for you.

8. Retention

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or due to statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law).
