Voluntary 30-day right of return. Even though Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day right of return from receipt of the goods.
You may return ordered items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided they are unused, complete and in their original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price.
Consumers residing in the European Union additionally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision:

This statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected by our voluntary 30-day right of return; whichever rule is more favourable to you applies.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Excluded from return are items unsealed for hygiene reasons and custom-made products.
