Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout. From an order value of CHF 30.– we ship free of charge.

Delivery time

We ship from an EU warehouse. The usual delivery time is 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. In individual cases, deviations may occur.

Delivery areas

We deliver to Switzerland as well as to many European countries. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs fees may apply depending on the shipping route; these are to be borne by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail – with tracking where available.
